3 cup  frozen green peas
1 tbsp  coriander, leaves, fresh
0 1/2 tsp  salt and pepper
1 floz  black pepper
  1. Combine peas and 1 1/2 cups water in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 6 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Put peas, cooking liquid, mint, salt, and pepper in a blender.
  5. Puree until smooth.
