1 tsp  vegetable oil
1 cup  sliced white onion
16 oz  fresh shredded cabbage
2 cup  red cabbage, shredded
0 1/2 cup  apple cider
1 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 tsp  sugar
  1. Heat oil and add onions in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, vinegar, cider, red cabbage, and green cabbage.
  3. Reduce to low heat and cook covered for 7-10 minutes.
