1 1/2 oz  crumbled feta cheese
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
0 1/2 tsp  dried mint leaves
0 1/4 each  medium garlic cloves
12 oz  lean lamb loin chops
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Coat rack of broiler pan with cooking spray
  3. In small bowl, combine feta cheese, oregano, mint, and garlic. Set aside.
  4. Broil lamb on broiler rack 3-4 minutes until browned
  5. Turn lamb. Spread feta cheese mixture evenly over lamb. Cook 6-8 minutes longer.
  6. Allow lamb to rest 5 minutes before serving.
