Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Meanwhile, cut peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds.
  3. Place, cut-side up, in a sprayed 13x9-inch baking dish. Fill with meat mixture. Spoon remaining mixture around peppers. Pour tomato sauce over top.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water to dish. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until peppers are tender.
