0.3333 cup  fresh chopped green onion
4 each  medium cucumber
2 each  red hot chile peppers
0 1/2 cup  rice vinegar
2 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
  1. Mix together shallots, onions, cucumbers, and chiles.
  2. Whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt, and cilantro.
  3. Toss vegetable mixture with vinegar mixture.
