2 lb  ground turkey
2 each  egg whites
2 tsp  onion powder
2 tsp  garlic powder
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp  tomato sauce
2 tbsp  light soy sauce
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  sugar free apricot jam
1 floz  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1 oz  Soup, chicken vegetable, dehydrated, packet
0.125 cup  cold water
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the ground meat with the egg whites and spices.
  3. With wet hands, form small meatballs and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  4. Mix the 3 sauces with the rest of the ingredients until combined.
  5. Pour over the meatballs and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
