1 tbsp  olive oil
1 each  cooking spray
2 each  medium garlic cloves
3 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pinch  salt and pepper
0 1/2 cup  white wine
3 each  fresh tomatoes
2 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. Heat oil in a cooking spray coated skillet; add garlic and saute over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, add to skillet, and brown on each side until cooked through, about 12 minutes.
  3. Add white wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken to a platter and cover with foil so that it doesn't dry out.
  5. Spray the same skillet again and saute tomatoes until tender.
  6. Gently lay tomatoes over the chicken on the platter and cover with the pan drippings.
  7. Sprinkle with warmed sesame seeds.
