0 1/2 cup  Rice, brown, long grain, dry
3 cup  fat free milk
0.3333 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  golden raisins
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 pinch  ground nutmeg
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add rice, milk, raisins, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a 2 quart casserole.
  3. Bake for 2 1/2 hours, mixing often.
  4. Serve warm or chilled.
