2 tsp  olive oil
1 lb  sugar snap peas
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tsp  fresh ginger root
1 tsp  chopped walnuts
0 3/4 tsp  salt
  1. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Sauté peas 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Mix in garlic, ginger, walnuts, and salt and cook 1 minute.
