Crispy stir-fried chicken with snow peas and bell peppers in a spicy vinaigrette.

3 tbsp  Salad Dressing, vinaigrette, Italian, fat free 3.0
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce 0.25
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes 1.0
1 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts 2.0
2 tsp  sesame oil 2.0
2 cup  Pea Pods, snow, fresh, chopped 1.0
1 each  medium red bell peppers 4.0
4 each  fresh green onions 2.0
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro

1. Whisk together dressing with soy sauce and pepper flakes. Toss with chicken.
2. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Sauté snow peas and bell peppers 2 minutes.
3. Mix in chicken and sauté for 3 minutes. Sauté onions for 1 minute. Spoon mixture onto a serving platter and top with cilantro.
