Ingredients Directions
  1. In a nonstick pan or as directed for your bread machine combine milk, cheese, sugar, salt, flour, and dry yeast.
  2. Start dough cycle and mix thoroughly, adding a small amount of water or flour if needed to make a nice dough that is not sticky or dry.
  3. When kneading cycle is completed, remove from pan and punch down. Divide into 15 pieces.
  4. Form each into a smooth ball and place in sprayed muffin cups. Cover with towel or waxed paper and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 to 60 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden. Remove and serve or let cool.
