2 cup  Flour, graham
1 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  sugar
1 tsp  salt
1 tsp  baking soda
2 cup  low fat buttermilk
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine both flours, sugar, and salt. Combine baking soda and buttermilk. Stir into flour mixture just until blended.
  3. Pour into a sprayed 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until center tests done. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
