0 1/2 each  medium lemons
8 oz  turkey breast cutlets
0.125 tsp  garlic powder
0.125 tsp  onion powder
1 pinch  black pepper
1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
2 tbsp  minced onion
1 each  medium apples
0 1/4 tsp  minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp  Vinegar, malt, ale
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 each  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener packets
  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Extract lemon juice and pour over the turkey. Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Season the turkey with the garlic powder mixture on all sides.
  3. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes then turn over and grill for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Spray a nonstick saucepan with the cooking spray.
  5. Sauté the onion and apple for 1 minute over medium high heat. Mix in the garlic, vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  6. Decrease the heat and simmer, partly covered, for about 8 minutes. Turn the heat off and stir in the Splenda.
  7. Slice the turkey into thin pieces. Separate the turkey between two plates and spoon the relish on top.
