Ingredients 6.0 6 oz Fish, tuna, light, unsalted, canned, with water, drained 2.0 2 tbsp shredded carrots 2.0 2 tbsp fresh chopped celery 2.0 2 tbsp chopped apples 1.0 1 tbsp fresh chopped red onion 0.5 0 1/2 tbsp Relish, pickle, sweet, with o salt 1.0 1 each Egg Whites, cooked 1.0 1 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt 1.0 1 tbsp fat free mayonnaise 2.0 2 piece Bread, multigrain, stay trim, low fat 2.0 2 piece Tomatoes, red, fresh, year round average, small/thin slices, USDA Commodity Commodity 1.0 1 oz Cheese, Swiss, reduced fat, thin slice Directions - Preheat the broiler.
- Combine the tuna, carrot, celery, apple, onion, relish, and egg white in a bowl. Stir in the yogurt and mayonnaise.
- Set the slices of bread on a baking sheet and place a tomato slice on top of each. Spoon the tuna mixture onto the bread slices. Place the Swiss cheese over the tuna.
- Broil for about 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble.
