2 tbsp  quick cooking tapioca
2 tsp  sugar
1 each  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener packets
1 each  eggs
1 cup  Milk, 2%, with add vitamin A & D
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
0.3333 cup  fresh raspberries
  1. In microwave-safe bowl, whisk tapioca, sweetner, egg, milk, and sugar.
  2. Microwave for 3 minutes on high.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Divide between 4 small dessert bowls.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap or waxed paper. Refrigerator at least 20 minutes. Mixture will thicken.
  6. Remove from refrigerator, stir, and top with raspberries.
