1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
1 cup  fresh strawberries
2 tsp  cornstarch
2 tsp  sugar
1 each  egg whites
0.125 tsp  cream of tartar
2 tbsp  liquid egg substitute
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray the soufflé dishes with the cooking spray.
  2. Place the strawberries in a blender and process until only a few pieces of fruit are left in the mixture. Pour the fruit into a nonstick saucepan. Mix in the cornstarch and sugar.
  3. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Put the egg white and cream of tartar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until stiff.
  5. Slowly stir the egg substitute into the fruit. Add 1/4 of the egg white mixture into the fruit and stir to mix. Fold in the remaining egg white mixture.
  6. Separate the mixture into the soufflé dishes. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
