Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Set the shell on a nonstick cookie sheet. Leaving a 1 inch border, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top. Arrange the tomato slices on the cheese and sprinkle with the basil.
  3. Place the scallops and shrimp on the shell. Sprinkle the garlic powder and Parmesan cheese on top and gently spray with the cooking spray.
  4. Bake for approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until the seafood is thoroughly cooked. Cut into 8 slices and serve.
