0 1/2 g  Tomatoes, sun dried, halves
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  ground basil leaves
2 floz  garlic cloves, chopped
3 tbsp  olive oil
2 tbsp  Cheese, parmesan, dried, grated
1 floz  salt
1 floz  black pepper
  1. Cover tomatoes in boiling water 10 minutes or until soft. Strain, saving liquid.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, puree tomatoes, basil, garlic, oil, and cheese until finely chopped. Blend in enough of the saved tomato liquid to make a smooth paste. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
