1 1/2 lb  Tomatillo, fresh, medium
0 1/2 each  medium onions
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 each  serrano chili peppers
3 tbsp  fresh cilantro
1 each  cooking spray
2 tsp  sugar
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  white pepper
  1. Take off and dispose of husks from tomatillos. Pour 1 inch of water in a pot and cook tomatillos in it, with lid on, 5 to 8 minutes or until soft. Let cool and strain.
  2. Using a food processor or blender, puree tomatillos, onions, garlic, Serrano chile, and cilantro until finely diced.
  3. Coat a frying pan with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour in sauce and cook 5 minutes, or until thick. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.
