1 each  cooking spray
2 each  fresh tomatoes
0 1/2 each  dried poblano peppers
1 each  small onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  chili powder
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Heat a frying pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
  2. Saute tomatoes, poblano chili, onion, garlic, and chili powder 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Using a food processor or blender, puree mixture until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
