1 each  large apples
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
4 each  Lettuce, Boston, fresh, leaf, medium
1 tbsp  canola oil
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Mix together the apple slices and the lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Divide the lettuce leaves onto 2 plates and set the apple slices on top.
  3. Whisk the canola oil, vinegar, and Dijon mustard together in a bowl. Pour over the apples. Season with Pepper to your desire.
