8 oz  small potatoes
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0.3333 cup  fat free milk
1 tsp  Horseradish, cream
1 tsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Place the potato and garlic in a pot of boiling water. Decrease the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and place the potatoes and garlic back into the pot. Hold the pot over the heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Mash the potatoes with an electric mixer. Pour in the warm milk and mix until there are no lumps.
  3. Mix in the horseradish and jalapeño. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on top.
