8 oz  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/4 tsp  garlic salt
0 1/4 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
0 1/4 tsp  ground oregano
0.125 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp  seedless raisins
1 tbsp  Seeds, sunflower, kernels, dry roasted, unsalted
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
0 1/2 each  medium lemons
  1. Light a grill.
  2. Season the chicken with the garlic salt, lemon pepper, oregano, and hot red chili pepper flakes.
  3. Grill the chicken for 4 minutes then turn over and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Set the chicken on two plates.
  4. Put the olive oil, vinegar, raisins, and sunflower seeds in a pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds over high heat. Pour over the chicken and sprinkle the parsley on top. Serve with the lemon wedges on the side.
