0 1/2 lb  sole fillet
1 pinch  lemon pepper seasoning
1 each  small tomato
1 tsp  capers, drained
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 each  medium lemons
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Season fillets with lemon pepper seasoning. Place in baking dish.
  3. In small bowl, mix tomato, capers, thyme, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Pour juice mixture evenly over the fillets.
  4. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, without turning. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
