1 each  Cornish Game Hen, whole, with skin, raw
0 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tbsp  red wine vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  olive oil
6 tbsp  steak sauce
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Light a grill. Rinse the hen, pat dry, and discard all visible fat.
  2. Mix together the garlic, Dijon, vinegar, olive oil, and pepper in a bowl. Rub the mixture over the hens.
  3. Grill the hens for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the meat in the center is no longer pink. Turn the hen halves every 5 minutes.
  4. Once the hens are done cooking, place them on two plates and spoon 3 tablespoons of the steak sauce on top of each.
