2 cup  tap water
4 each  eggs
1 cup  powdered whole milk
0 1/4 cup  SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
2 tbsp  sugar
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  ground nutmeg
3 cup  boiling water
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Run tap water until reaches about 100°F. Draw 2 cups and add to blender.
  3. In blender, add eggs, powdered milk, Splenda®, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until smooth.
  4. Spoon mixture equally into eight 6-ounce custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Place 13"x9" baking dish on oven rack. Move filled custard cups to baking dish. Fill dish with 1" of boiling water.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until custard is set.
  7. Remove from oven. Serve warm or cooled.
