Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Set the tortillas on two baking sheets and bake for about 2 minutes.
  2. Place the beef in a skillet and brown over medium heat. Stir to break up the larger pieces. Drain and put the beef back in the skillet.
  3. Mix in the beans, taco seasoning, and water. Bring just to a boil then decrease the heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir frequently.
  4. Smear the beef mixture on the tortillas, but leave a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
  5. Mix together the tomato, onions, cilantro, and jalapeño and spoon on top of the tortillas.
  6. Bake for about 4 minutes. Transfer onto a cutting board. Let sit for 5 minutes then cut each tortilla into 4 slices.
