2 tbsp  paprika
1 tbsp  chili powder
2 tsp  ground cumin
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 1/2 lb  Beef, flank steak, london broil, lean, raw, choice, 0" trim
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Mix together the paprika, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. Put the steak in the bowl and coat both sides with the mixture. Refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours.
  2. Light the grill and spray rack with the cooking spray.
  3. Grill, covered, for 4 minutes. Then, turn over and grill for another 4 minutes.
  4. Transfer onto a cutting board and let sit for 5 minutes. Slice diagonally into thin pieces.
