4 cup  cold water
8 oz  large raw shrimp
0 1/2 cup  fat free mayonnaise
0.3333 cup  fat free sour cream
1 tbsp  sugar
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  celery seeds
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
16 oz  fresh shredded cabbage
0 1/4 cup  chopped green bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  red onion, sliced
  1. Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook the shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and run under cold water.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, celery seeds, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix in the shrimp, cabbage, green pepper, and onion.
  3. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
