1 1/2 lb  fresh asparagus
0 1/4 cup  raspberry vinegar
1 tbsp  shallots, chopped
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tsp  olive oil
0.125 cup  fresh raspberries
  1. Wash and trim asparagus.
  2. In large skillet, steam asparagus 7 minutes.
  3. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, shallots, mustard, and olive oil.
  4. Place asparagus on serving platter. Drizzle dressing over asparagus. Garnish with raspberries.
