Ingredients Directions
  1. Put the pineapple in a saucepan and cook for about 1 minute over medium heat.
  2. Mix in the gelatin until it completely dissolves. Turn the heat off.
  3. Add the buttermilk.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping and pecans.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 13 X 9-inch baking dish.
  6. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 to 3 hours.
