1 each  cooking spray
8 oz  cooked baby red potatoes
6 oz  smoked skinless light turkey meat
1 1/2 cup  cooked cubed turnips
0 1/2 cup  minced onion
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
1 tbsp  unsweetened applesauce
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix potatoes, turkey, turnips, onion, egg substitute, hot fruit sauce, salt, and pepper together.
  4. Transfer to baking pan, pressing down with back of spoon.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika before baking for 20 to 25 minutes.
