4 each  medium peaches
2 tbsp  honey
8 floz  vanilla frozen yogurt, no sugar added
0 1/4 tsp  almond extract
1 oz  slivered almonds
  1. Combine peaches and honey in a shallow microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
  3. Remove cover and toss mixture to combine. Divide evenly between 4 dessert dishes.
  4. Combine yogurt and almond extract in a small bowl with a wire whisk.
  5. Top each plate of peaches with 1/4 of the yogurt mixture.
  6. Sprinkle slivered almonds on top just before serving.
