4 each  whole loin pork chops
0 1/2 tsp  kosher salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 tsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  fresh rosemary
  1. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary, then drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Heat large skillet over high. Add pork chops and lower the heat to medium. Cook until well-browned on one side, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Turn the chops over and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. Serve.
