2 tsp  olive oil
1 tsp  minced garlic
1 lb  Pea Pods, snap, fresh, whole
1 cup  chopped yellow bell peppers
0.3333 cup  fresh basil
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  grated lemon rind
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add peas and bell pepper. Sauté 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Add basil, sugar, lemon rind, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add lemon juice and sauté for another 30 seconds. Serve.
