Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large pot, prepare the leeks and garlic the Enlitened way (see below). Add the ground meats and more cooking spray if necessary, and brown until the meat is no longer pink and begins to crumble.
  2. Add broccoli or vegetable combination and cook over medium heat approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and stir to mix well.
  4. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently to enable the flavors to blend. Remove from heat.
