1 each  Eggs, large, raw
1 tbsp  cold water
0 1/4 cup  bread crumbs
0 1/4 cup  reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp  italian seasoning
15 oz  Cheese, brie, 4.5oz package
1 each  cooking spray
1 pinch  fresh rosemary
  1. Mix together the egg and water in a dish.
  2. In a separate dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat both sides of the brie with the egg mixture then place in the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides. Repeat this step once more.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray and set the brie on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes. Decorate with the rosemary sprigs.
