1 cup  low sodium chicken broth
0 1/2 tbsp  fresh ginger root
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  uncooked egg noodles
0 1/4 g  cooked chicken breast
1 each  scallions
0 1/4 cup  snow peas
  1. In medium saucepan, add chicken broth, ginger, and garlic. Bring to boil.
  2. Reduce heat to simmer. Add egg noodles, chicken, and scallions. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add the snow pea pods and cook 1 minute. Serve.
