1 each  butter flavored cooking spray
8 oz  Bread, French, small slice
1 cup  fat free milk
0 1/2 tsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
0 1/2 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 tbsp  dried cherries
0.125 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
2 tbsp  liquid egg substitute
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray two souffle dishes with cooking spray.
  2. Separate the bread cubes into the souffle dishes.
  3. Put the milk and margarine in a saucepan and scald the milk.
  4. Turn the heat off then add the orange zest, cherries, vanilla extract, cinnamon, Splenda, and egg substitute. Drizzle over the bread.
  5. Set the dishes on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
