2 tbsp  fresh chopped red onion
1 tsp  olive oil
15 oz  canned black beans
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  ground oregano
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
  1. Sauté the red onion and olive oil in a nonstick saucepan for about 4 minutes over low heat.
  2. Mix in the beans, vinegar, lemon juice, cumin, oregano, and cayenne pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the cilantro.
