A sweet, creamy paprika sauce.

1 each  medium red bell peppers 1.0
1 each  chopped green bell peppers 1.0
1 each  large onion 1.0
1 tbsp  margarine 2.0
2 tbsp  white all purpose flour 1.0
1 tbsp  paprika, sweet, Hungarian 0.5
0 1/2 tsp  salt 0.25
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper 8.0
8 oz  tomato sauce, low sodium 0.5
0 1/2 cup  low sodium vegetable broth 0.5
0 1/2 cup  white wine 0.5
0 1/2 cup  fat free sour cream

1. Sauté bell peppers and onion in margarine over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Whisk in flour, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook 3 to 5 minutes, mixing often.
3. Mix in tomato sauce, broth, and wine and bring to a boil.
4. Lower heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
5. Mix in sour cream.
