0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 each  cooking spray
4 each  salmon fillet
2 tbsp  brown sugar
2 tbsp  low sodium teriyaki sauce
2 tsp  creole seasoning
1 each  medium lemons
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Pour water into a shallow, foil-covered roasting pan with a cooking spray coated rack in it.
  3. Lay salmon, flesh side up on rack and poke holes in flesh with fork.
  4. Whisk together sugar, teriyaki sauce, and seasoning in a bowl and massage onto surface of salmon.
  5. Broil 13 minutes or until fish is flaky. Serve salmon with lemon wedges.
