1 tsp  chili powder
0.125 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  ground cumin
1 pinch  onion powder
1 pinch  ground red pepper (cayenne)
5 oz  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp  canola oil
0 1/2 cup  Corn, white, sweet, kernels, frozen
4 each  taco shells
0 1/2 cup  Lettuce, iceberg, fresh, shredded
0 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/4 cup  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  1. In medium bowl, mix chili powder, salt, cumin, onion powder, and if desired, red pepper.
  2. Add chicken and toss together.
  3. In skillet, heat oil and add chicken. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until chicken is done. Stir in corn.
  4. Warm taco shells and fill with chicken. Top with lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
