1 1/2 tsp  cold water
1 1/2 tsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
6 oz  whole loin lean pork chops
0 1/4 tsp  lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
1 1/2 tsp  chopped parsley
  1. For the sauce, stir together the water, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle both side of chops with lemon-pepper seasoning. In a 10 inch skillet, cook chops in hot margarine over medium heat for 8-12 minutes or until chops are done. Remove from heat. Place chops on a serving platter. Cover and keep warm.
  3. Pour sauce into skillet. Stir. Pour sauce over chops and top with chives.
