1 tbsp  hot chili oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 each  fresh spinach, 10 oz. package
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. In skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir fry 1 minute.
  3. Add spinach, salt, and pepper.
  4. Lower heat, place lid on wok and cook 5 minutes or until spinach wilts; stir occasionally.
