Ingredients Directions - In large, resealable plastic bag, mix vinegar, soy sauce, honey, water, garlic, ginger, oil, and flour.
- Place tuna in bag and zip shut.
- Turn well to coat. Unzip corner of bag and push out air. Reseal.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
- Preheat broiler.
- Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Remove fish from the marinade and place on broiler pan. Discard remaining marinade.
- Place broiler rack 4" from heat.
- Broil until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes per 1" thickness of fish. Turn fish once halfway through cooking time.
