Ingredients Directions
  1. Finely chop the mushrooms in a food processor or blender.
  2. Place a large nonstick pan over medium heat, and melt the butter. Add in the shallots and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until all of the liquid has been absorbed, about 10 minutes.
  4. Combine the cream cheese, Neufchatel cheese, milk, and mushrooms into a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
  5. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days.
