1 each  Grapefruit, medium, fresh
1 each  medium oranges
10 cup  romaine lettuce
1 each  Onion, red, fresh, small, whole
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 tbsp  cold water
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  ground cumin
  1. Cut fruit into bite size pieces. Toss with lettuce and onion.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients for dressing. Drizzle over salad and toss just before serving.
