Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add in the onion, and cook until it starts to brown, about 8 minutes. Stir in the cumin and sauté for 1 minute. Add in the broth and bring to a simmer. Add in chicken and bring to a simmer. Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 3 minutes. Add in the remaining ingredients and heat through, about 3-4 minutes; serve.
