0 1/2 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp  Mustard, spicy brown
0 1/2 cup  wheat germ
0.125 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 1/2 tsp  salt
4 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together mustard and yogurt in a shallow bowl. Mix wheat germ and pepper in a shallow bowl. Season chicken with salt. Dredge chicken in yogurt then wheat germ. Lay chicken on a cooking spray coated baking sheet. Bake chicken 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
